Dermatopathology, Medical and Surgical Dermatology

Dr. Yebabe Mengesha joined Affiliated Laboratories in October 2007.  He received his Medical Degree from University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona.  Dr. Mengesha completed a Transitional Internship at Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arzona  and completed his Dermatology Residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Dr. Mengesha also completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship with Bernard Ackerman, MD at Columbia University St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center New York, New York.  Dr. Mengesha is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Dermatopathology/Pathology.  Professional memberships include the American Medical Association,  American Academy of Dermatology, International Society of Dermatopathology, and American Society of Dermatopathology.
